These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NeuroBoost, including its iOS app, websites, checkout pages, related services, and any Android or other platform versions that we may make available in the future (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is provided by APPCENTURY LIMITED ("APPCENTURY," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1.The Service

NeuroBoost is a brain training and cognitive entertainment service designed to help users keep their minds active through short, engaging activities. The Service may include daily training, brain games, memory games, logic games, attention and focus exercises, problem-solving and critical-thinking challenges, IQ tests, ADHD self-assessments, cognitive quizzes, progress tracking, scores, reports, and related features. The Service is provided for educational, entertainment, and general wellness purposes only.

2.Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use or purchase the Service. If you are under the applicable age of legal capacity, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The Service is not a medical or healthcare service and does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare advice.

3.General Wellness and Informational Purposes; No Medical Advice

NeuroBoost provides brain games, training activities, self-assessments, scores, reports, and general educational information. The Service is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor ADHD, cognitive impairment, dementia, a mental health condition, or any other disease or health condition.

IQ tests, ADHD quizzes, attention tests, focus tests, mental-age tests, and other cognitive assessments available through the Service are self-guided informational tools. Their results are estimates and should not be treated as a clinical diagnosis, professional evaluation, or definitive measure of intelligence, ability, or health. If you have concerns about your attention, memory, cognitive function, or mental health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

4.Brain Games, Training, Assessments, and Scores

NeuroBoost activities are designed for brain exercise, entertainment, and self-reflection. Exercises may challenge memory, attention, focus, concentration, logic, reasoning, reaction speed, language, visual thinking, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Scores, Brain Power values, streaks, badges, progress indicators, estimated IQ ranges, mental-age results, assessment categories, and other in-app results are generated from your responses, activity, and performance within the Service. They are informational and motivational features only and have no monetary value.

Results may vary depending on factors such as your device, environment, familiarity with an activity, language, fatigue, concentration, and response speed. A score or report does not guarantee current or future cognitive ability, academic or professional performance, or improvement from using the Service.

We may reset, adjust, suspend, or correct scores, streaks, rewards, progress data, assessment results, or activity records when reasonably necessary to correct errors, prevent abuse, maintain fairness, or operate the Service.

5.Automated Results and Educational Outputs

Some scores, reports, recommendations, explanations, or other outputs may be generated automatically by algorithms or, where disclosed, assisted by artificial intelligence. Automated outputs may contain errors, omissions, bias, or outdated information. They are provided for educational and general wellness support only and are not reviewed by a licensed healthcare professional unless expressly stated.

You should independently evaluate important information and consult a qualified professional before making medical, psychological, educational, or other significant decisions. Do not rely on the Service for emergency assistance, diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, or personalized healthcare advice.

Do not submit passwords, payment-account credentials, highly sensitive health information, or confidential third-party information through the Service unless a feature expressly requests that information and explains how it will be handled. We may apply quotas, safety checks, content moderation, logging, and review processes to operate and improve the Service and prevent misuse.

6.Accounts and Security

You may create an account using email, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or another supported authentication method. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at contact@iqbrainboom.com if you suspect unauthorized access or a security issue. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the Service, or must be restricted by law.

7.Paid Services and Subscription Terms

NeuroBoost may offer free and paid features. The features included in a paid plan, its billing period, price, currency, any introductory offer or free trial, and other material terms will be displayed before you confirm the purchase. Prices may vary by country, platform, offer, and applicable taxes.

Paid subscriptions provide access to the features described at checkout for the applicable subscription period. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods of the same length until canceled.

By starting a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your purchase for the amount and billing frequency shown at checkout, including applicable taxes. If a free trial or introductory offer applies, the subscription will convert to a paid subscription at the disclosed price when the offer ends unless you cancel before the conversion date.

You must review the exact price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms, and included benefits shown at checkout before purchasing. Those transaction-specific terms form part of these Terms. If there is a conflict concerning price or billing frequency, the terms displayed and accepted at checkout control for that transaction.

8.Payment Channels and Processing

Purchases may be processed through:

• Apple's App Store for eligible purchases made through the iOS app;

• Google Play, if NeuroBoost is made available through Google Play in the future, for eligible purchases made through that channel; or

• Stripe or another disclosed payment processor for eligible purchases made on our website or an authorized web checkout page.

The payment channel used for a purchase will be identified at checkout or on your receipt. App-store purchases are also governed by the applicable store's payment terms. Web payments are processed by Stripe or the payment processor identified at checkout; we do not directly store full payment-card details. Payment processors may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited or suspended after any applicable grace period. We may correct pricing errors before completing a purchase or, if a charge has already occurred, offer an appropriate correction or refund.

9.Digital Delivery

NeuroBoost provides digital services only; no physical goods are shipped. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid features are made available to the account used for purchase promptly after successful payment confirmation. Access may be delayed by payment authorization, account verification, app-store processing, technical outages, or security review.

If paid access is not activated within a reasonable time after a successful charge, contact contact@iqbrainboom.com with the purchase channel, purchase date, and receipt or order reference. Do not send full card details.

10.Cancellation

You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not normally end access already paid for; unless applicable law or the relevant platform provides otherwise, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

• Apple App Store purchases: cancel through your Apple account's subscription settings.

• Google Play purchases, if this channel becomes available: cancel through Google Play's subscription settings.

• Web or Stripe purchases: use the cancellation or subscription-management link made available in your account, purchase confirmation, or billing email. If no self-service link is available, email contact@iqbrainboom.com from the email address associated with your account.

Deleting the app or deleting your NeuroBoost account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription or, if offered in the future, a Google Play subscription. You must cancel through the channel where you purchased the subscription. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the next renewal date shown by the applicable payment provider.

11.Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, payments for digital subscriptions are non-refundable once the applicable paid subscription period has begun. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not by itself create a refund for the current billing period.

• Apple App Store purchases: refund requests are handled under Apple's applicable policies and processes.

• Google Play purchases, if this channel becomes available: refund requests are handled under Google Play's applicable policies and processes. Where Google directs you to the developer, contact us at contact@iqbrainboom.com.

• Web or Stripe purchases: contact contact@iqbrainboom.com with the account email, payment date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not send full card details. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, material failure to provide the purchased Service, or other circumstances required by law.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other statutory rights. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

12.Price and Subscription Changes

We may change prices or paid-plan features prospectively. We or the applicable payment provider will provide advance notice of subscription price changes where required. A price change will take effect no earlier than your next renewal after the required notice and any required consent. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

13.User Content and Uploaded Materials

You may provide responses, prompts, uploads, profile information, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain your rights in User Content.

You grant APPCENTURY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and support the Service. This license ends when User Content is deleted from our active systems, except where temporary retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms.

14.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use NeuroBoost as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or educational assessment or advice;

• misrepresent scores, reports, estimated IQ ranges, ADHD self-assessment results, mental-age results, or other outputs as a medical diagnosis, guaranteed measure of ability, or guaranteed improvement;

• upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or privacy-violating content;

• access another user's account or attempt to bypass security controls, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service;

• use automated systems, bots, or scripts to manipulate scores, assessment results, streaks, rewards, activity records, or usage limits; or

• use the Service in a way that violates applicable law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

15.Content, Results, and Third-Party Services

NeuroBoost may use third-party technology providers, authentication providers, analytics tools, email vendors, notification services, app stores, payment processors, content providers, and other service providers. Certain activities, explanations, assessment frameworks, or technical functions may be supplied, supported, or processed by third parties.

Brain games, exercises, scores, reports, and assessment content may be updated, adjusted, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or based on simplified methodologies. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

16.Intellectual Property

NeuroBoost, including its software, design, content, text, graphics, brand elements, features, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to APPCENTURY LIMITED and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purposes.

17.Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using NeuroBoost, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be available wherever these Terms are presented and before a web purchase is completed.

18.Account Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account through the Service where supported. Deleting your account permanently erases associated cloud data and cannot be undone, except for information we retain as required or permitted by law.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or, if offered in the future, Google Play. Review Section 10 before deleting your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the Service, or if required by law or platform rules. If we permanently discontinue a paid service before the end of a prepaid period, we will provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.

19.Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroBoost is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. We do not guarantee any improvement in memory, attention, focus, intelligence, reasoning, reaction speed, mental health, academic performance, or professional performance. We also do not guarantee the accuracy or clinical validity of IQ estimates, ADHD self-assessments, mental-age results, cognitive scores, progress reports, or automated outputs.

20.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APPCENTURY LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of NeuroBoost.

NeuroBoost provides brain games, training activities, and informational self-assessments only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions or actions taken in reliance on scores, reports, recommendations, assessment results, educational content, or other outputs available through the Service, including any decision to delay or avoid seeking professional care.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21.Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify APPCENTURY LIMITED against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising directly from User Content that infringes third-party rights, your intentional misuse of the Service, your material violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from APPCENTURY LIMITED's own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms.

22.Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of NeuroBoost. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. The updated Terms will state their effective date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights for a completed purchase unless permitted by law.

23.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protections available under the laws of your country or region. You may have the right to bring a claim before the courts of your habitual residence where applicable law permits.

Before filing a formal claim, you may contact us at contact@iqbrainboom.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

24.Apple-Specific Terms

If you download NeuroBoost through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and APPCENTURY LIMITED, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for NeuroBoost, except as required by applicable law. Your use of NeuroBoost must comply with the applicable App Store terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by Apple's applicable terms.

25.Google Play-Specific Terms (If Applicable)

If NeuroBoost is made available through Google Play in the future and you download or purchase it through Google Play, this section applies to that use or purchase. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and APPCENTURY LIMITED, not Google. Google is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for NeuroBoost, except as required by applicable law. Your use of NeuroBoost must comply with the applicable Google Play terms. Purchases made through Google Play will be billed, renewed, canceled, and refunded in accordance with the terms disclosed at purchase and Google Play's applicable policies.

27.General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any transaction-specific terms presented at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and APPCENTURY LIMITED regarding the Service.
