Subscription Policy – NeuroBoost

These Subscription Terms govern paid access to NeuroBoost, a brain training service that may include brain games, daily training, memory and logic exercises, attention and focus activities, IQ tests, cognitive self-assessments, progress tracking, scores, and reports. The specific features included in your subscription will be shown before purchase.

Trial

We may offer a free or discounted trial subscription. If a trial is available, its duration, included access, price during the trial, price after the trial, and billing period will be clearly displayed on the payment screen and, where applicable, in Apple's or Google's purchase confirmation interface before you complete the purchase.

Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and you will be charged the price displayed for the selected subscription period. If no trial is stated on the payment screen, your subscription will begin as a paid subscription immediately after purchase.

We may occasionally offer introductory or promotional prices. Unless otherwise stated, a discounted subscription will renew at the regular price displayed before you confirm the purchase.

Subscription

Your subscription gives you access to the NeuroBoost features included in the plan shown at checkout. Depending on the option you select, the subscription may renew weekly, monthly, annually, or at another interval disclosed before purchase.

The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until canceled. We may also offer additional plans, premium features, upgrades, or one-time purchases. Each purchase is governed by the terms and price displayed at checkout.

Payment Method

By completing a purchase—including through single-touch confirmation, fingerprint or facial recognition, entering payment details on the web, or otherwise accepting the purchase terms displayed by Apple, Google, or our website—you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method.

You authorize the charge for the first subscription period at the trial, introductory, promotional, or regular price shown before purchase. Unless you cancel, you also authorize recurring charges at the then-current renewal price at the beginning of each subsequent billing period. The first-period price, renewal price, billing interval, and any applicable taxes will be displayed before you complete the purchase.

Cancellation

Your subscription automatically renews until you cancel it. Deleting the NeuroBoost app or deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Canceling disables future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the relevant payment platform, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the subscription period for which you have already paid.

If you have subscriptions to more than one plan, each subscription is separate. Canceling one plan does not cancel any other plan, so each subscription must be canceled individually.

Website Purchases

If you purchased a subscription or started a trial through an authorized NeuroBoost website, cancel it before the end of the current trial or billing period to avoid the next charge. You may use the subscription-management link provided in your account, checkout confirmation, or billing email. If no self-service option is available, contact contact@iqbrainboom.com from the email address associated with the purchase.

Apple App Store Purchases

If you purchased a subscription or started a trial through Apple's App Store, you must manage or cancel it through your Apple Account subscription settings. If you started a free or discounted trial and do not want it to renew, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends. For a paid subscription, cancel before the renewal date displayed in your Apple Account settings. Apple controls App Store subscription management and billing. Google Play Purchases

If you purchased a subscription or started a trial through Google Play, you must manage or cancel it through your Google Play subscription settings. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the next renewal date displayed in Google Play. Google controls Google Play subscription management and billing. The final price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed and accepted at checkout. Any examples or descriptions shown elsewhere are for general informational purposes and may not reflect your selected plan, features, currency, taxes, or promotional offer.

Refunds

Website Purchases

Payments for subscription periods that have already started are generally non-refundable once the subscribed NeuroBoost features have been made available, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in a separate Refund Policy.

Refund requests for website purchases may be reviewed at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law. To request a review, contact contact@iqbrainboom.com and include the account email, purchase date, amount, and order reference. Do not send full payment-card details.

Apple App Store Purchases

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple under Apple's applicable policies. If you are eligible for a refund, submit the request through Apple's official refund process.

Google Play Purchases

Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled under Google's applicable policies. If Google directs you to contact the developer, email contact@iqbrainboom.com with the relevant purchase information.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other statutory rights available under applicable law.

Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees or paid-plan features prospectively. We or the applicable payment provider will provide reasonable advance notice where required by law. A price change will take effect no earlier than the next renewal after any required notice or consent.

If you do not wish to accept a new price, you may cancel the applicable subscription before the change takes effect.

Any translation of these Subscription Terms is provided for convenience only. If there is a difference in meaning or interpretation between the English version and a translated version, the English version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
